Returns Policy
- Contact us to arrange for any returns.
- A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.
- There is a 15% restocking fee charged against all returned parts.
- Parts must be resaleable and in the original packaging.
- We cannot take back used parts.
- We cannot take back installed or tried parts.
- Electrical parts are not returnable.
- We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.
- Return request need to be within 30 days of receipt.
- Customers are responsible for return label.
Core Policy: Some parts offered on our site have a "core charge" applied to them. This is a refundable charge that the manufacturer applies to ensure that the old part is returned to us. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges related to returning cores to us. Remember all core returns must be assembled, clean, complete with no missing parts, undamaged, and in the original packaging. If you have any questions about core charges please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to answer them.
Discontinued Parts: Not all discontinued and/or older parts and/or accessories are available for immediate shipment. Please call or email to confirm availability on shipping of discontinued and/or older parts and/or accessories. There will be no returns or exchanges on discontinued and/or older parts and/or accessories. They are considered “Final Sale.”
Warranty: Parts purchased online or over the counter, and NOT installed by an Infiniti retailer, are covered by the 12 month/12,000 mile OR 36 Months/Unlimited Miles for New or Genuine Remanufactured engines and transmissions if purchased on or after JULY 1st 2024 Replacement Parts Limited Warranty.
Only the cost of the part is covered, not the cost of the labor.
Documentations from a shop is needed as this documention will provide the VIN, Mileage when the part was replaced, current mileage, and the diagnosis.
Customer must place another order for the part. Customer is responsible for the freight, the cost of the part will be credited back once the old part is returned in the Nissan OEM packaging the new part came in. A Return label for the warranty part will be provided by us. Any questions or for other part warranties, please reach out to us.
Cancellation Policy
- An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
- If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer a return fee of 15% may apply.
